The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 4th a Rochester man allegedly stole a voucher, which did not belong to him at the Finger Lakes Race Track. Deputies say Thomos Dimino, 59, of Rochester was charged with petit larceny after he picked up the voucher valued at $600 and failed to turn it into security. He was issued an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
