On Sunday at about 12:27 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Stacy J Giles, age 46 of Seneca Falls, on an arrest warrant for harassment 2nd degree and criminal contempt 2nd degree. Giles is accused of pushing down a female resident during a domestic dispute which violated an active court order protecting the female. 
Giles was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 5th at 5:00 pm.
