On Friday, 37-year-old Mathew Spector of Brentwood Lane in Fairport appeared in Ontario County Court to answer an arrest warrant issued by the Victor Town Court for Grand Laceny in the 4th degree.The warrant was issued after an investigation revealed that Spector stole 12 jackets for North Face in the Town of Victor with an aggregate value of $2,388.Spector plead guilty at his court appearance and was sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison.
