A Canandaigua man is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and unsafe movement of a motor vehicle, according to the Canandaigua Police Department.Police say Kyle P. Griffin, 31, of Canandaigua was arrested on March 17th for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle.He will answer the charges at a later date.
