The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Carmen D. Wickman, 40, of Sodus for driving while ability impaired by drugs.Wickman called 911 to report a disturbance at her residence. Wickman then left the residence in her vehicle and advised she was on State Route 104 near Ridge Road in the Town of Sodus.Police say, the investigation revealed Wickman was under the influence of drugs while she was operating her motor vehicle. She was transported to the hospital and a chemical test revealed she was under the influence of cocaine and marihuana at the time of the incident.Wickman was issued appearance tickets to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
