Rochester woman jailed on Victor arrest warrant

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 1st at approximately 3:37 am a Rochester woman was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny out of Victor Town Court. Shantia Bailey, 33, of Rochester was picked up by the Rochester Police Department and turned over to the custody of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. She was transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and will have to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
