The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 29th deputies arrested Theodore W. Spong, 44, of Rochester in the Town of West Bloomfield on the charge of driving while intoxicated.Around 3:56 am Spong was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the Town of West Bloomfield. Spong was stopped for speeding and failure to keep right. He was issued several citations and will appear in West Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
