A Geneva man was arrested in connection with an investigation into a Geneva ice cream shop being burglarized during the early morning hours of Friday.Police say that a suspect entered Mr. Twistee, an ice cream shop on County Road 6 in Geneva during the early morning hours of the day Friday, stealing more than $500 in cash, and some assorted ice cream products.Pedro L. Diaz, 28, of Geneva was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree on Friday afternoon, around 2:00 pm. Diaz is scheduled to appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
