The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 30th at approximately 1:15 am deputies arrested a Honeoye man for driving while intoxicated.James E. Jones, 45, of Honeoye was arrested on County Road 40 in the Town of Richmond for driving while intoxicated. Deputies observed Jones failing to keep right, which prompted the traffic stop. Upon investigation Jones was found to be driving with a suspended license. He refused to take a breath test at the scene and is being held for pre-arraignment detention at the Ontario County Jail. Jones will appear in Richmond Town Court to answer the charges.
