The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 24 year old Nikolas P. Sinn of Waterloo on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Ovid Court stemming from original charges of petit larceny and scheme to defraud. Sinn was arraigned in the Town of Romulus court and was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $10,000 cash bail $20,000 bond. He is to re-appear in the Town of Ovid Court on the 12th of April at 10 am.
