The Watkins Glen Police Department reports that an Odessa man was arrested and charged with petit larceny, following an incident last week.Jedediah E. Bradford, 27, of Odessa was arrested on March 24th and charged with petit larceny. Bradford was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $250.00 cash bail.
