The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 24th at approximately 8 am deputies arrested Shawn C. Lurcock, 40, of Romulus on two charges following a physical altercation with another male.Lurcock was charged with harassment in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth following a domestic dispute with another male. He allegedly struck a male victim and caused property damage belonging to the victim during the incident.Lurcock was arraigned in Covert Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash or $500 secured bond. He is set to appear in Romulus Town Court at a later date.An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim.
