CA woman hospitalized after Victor accident

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 28th at 2:11 pm emergency crews responded to a one-vehicle accident on Main Street, in Victor. The accident occurred in front of 125 East Main Street, where the driver, Jessica L. Norris, 37, of Canandaigua was traveling east on Main Street when her vehicle went off the south shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle came to rest after hitting a tree, according to deputies. Her 2005 Honda was towed from the scene by Farmington Service. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. However, Norris was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital for neck and back pain. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, and airbags did deploy.Norris was ticketed for an unregistered motor vehicle and will answer that charge at a later date in the Town of Victor.
