On Friday evening, at approximately 8:50 am a Victor man was charged with criminal contempt after violating an order of protection.The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday, March 25th, deputies arrested Richard Willie, 47, of Victor for violating an order of protection, which was issued by Judge Aronson. He was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. The female that had an order of protection against him, was in his presence at his apartment. He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail with bail of $5,000 cash or $10,000 insurance bond.
