The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 25th at approximately 9:30 am a Geneva man was arrested for selling and distributing crack cocaine in Waterloo.Fabian T. Reid, 36, of Geneva was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Both are class B felonies. Reid was apprehended by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court. He was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. He will reappear in Waterloo Town Court on March 20th at 1 pm to answer the charges.
