The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 20th at approximately 3:00 pm deputies arrested Christopher Hartzell, 41, of Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant issued out of Fayette Town Court. The warrant stems from charges of harassment in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree. Deputies report that Hartzell was involved in a dispute at a Town of Fayette residence on 15th. He was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Hartzell is set to appear in Fayette Town Court on April 6th to answer the charges at 7 pm.
