On Thursday at approximately 5:41 pm Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Patricia Ann Kurzejeski, age 65 of Stanley, for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree.The arrest stems from Deputies observing a 2008 Impala crossing the center line on State Route 245 in the Town of Seneca. Following investigation Deputies found that the vehicle’s NYS inspection sticker had been altered. The sticker was colored red over yellow and the year was changed from 2015 to 2016. The vehicle was found to be registered under Kurzejeski’s name.In addition to the charge, Kurzejeski was issued tickets for failure to keep right, operating an unregistered vehicle, and operating a uninspected vehicle. She is to appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
