On Monday the Ontario County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Daniel Fulkrod, age 29 of Phelps, for endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation revealed that on March 14th he caused bruising to the eye of a juvenile while physically disciplining the child.Fulkrod was arraigned in the Phelps Town Court with Judge Fisher presiding where he was released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
