A Seneca Falls man has been arrested in connection with an early-morning burglary at Tim Horton’s located on Hamilton Street in Geneva. The burglary reportedly occurred in the early-morning hours of March 17th. Geneva Police allege that this suspect was also being sought in connection with several other burglaries that had happened on the same stretch of Hamilton Street. In January, February, and March — local restaurants including the Ponderosa, KFC/Taco Bell, and Wendy’s, in addition to Tim Horton’s location were all either victimized or targeted. While investigating, authorities noted that the individual likely made their way through the drive-through window to enter the Tim Horton’s. The suspect, who would later be apprehended was found to have stolen money from the restaurant. On March 17th at about 3:15 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jamie Davidoff, 27, of Seneca Falls was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree after the investigation revealed that he was the individual who entered the Tim Horton’s restaurant in the early-morning hours of the day.Davidoff was arraigned in Geneva Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail with no bail. The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted with the investigation. Additional charges could be pending.
