The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday at approximately 9:45 pm Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a property damage motor vehicle accident located on County Road 139 near Blew Road in the Town of Ovid. Upon further investigation the operator Kalenna Partin, age 32 of Romulus, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI .18 BAC, and failure to use designated lane. No injuries were reported in the accident. Partin was arraigned in the Town of Covert court and was ROR’d to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on April 19th at 10:00 am.
