The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Wednesday at approximately 12:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Dale L. Tingue Jr., age 35 of Wolcott, on an arrest warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Tingue was arraigned at the Tyre Town Court where he posted $500.00 cash bail and was released. He is to reappear at Family Court on a later date
