Man arrested after selling illicit drugs within SF, Waterloo

On Tuesday at about 4:00 pm the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Samuel J. McCullough, age 25 of Rochester, on several charges related to the sale and distribution of illicit drugs in the local community. It is alleged that McCullough sold crack cocaine, heroin, and imitation controlled substances in the Village of Waterloo and Town of Seneca Falls. McCullough was subsequently charged with:criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (two counts), class B felonies, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree (two counts), class B felonies, sale of an imitation controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. McCullough was also charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, class D felonies, related to the police pursuit on 03-11-16. These charges stem from allegations that McCullough intentionally damaged a Sheriff’s Office vehicle and a crop field. McCullough remains incarcerated in the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $100,000 cash bail/$200,000 secured bond.
