On Wednesday The City of Canandaigua arrested Frederick T. Daniely, age 17 of Canandaigua, was charged with two counts criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th degree.Daniely is accused of selling prescription pills that are controlled substances to two students at the Canandaigua Academy. One student had an adverse reaction to the drug and was transported to Thompson Hospital for treatment.Daniely was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.
