Fight at bar in Waterloo leads to charges

On February 27th around 11:43 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to assist the Waterloo Police Department at a business on S. Virginia Street in the Village of Waterloo to remove an unwanted guest. While there several fights broke out, one of which involved Joshua A. Jones, 22, of Waterloo. Police observed Jones start a physical fight on the sidewalk, while breaking up the fight, Jones refused to comply with the police and he was subsequently arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration. Jones was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizance. Jones appeared in court earlier this month.
