The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on March 11th at approximately 5:41 pm Kathryn Panara, 23, of Canandaigua was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. She was arrested following the complaint of a concerned citizen, and was stopped on State Route 96 where she was cited by officers driving erratically. Panara was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Victor Court, and will answer the charges at a later date.
