The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of the individuals killed in the fatal multi-vehicle accident in Farmington on Friday. The accident took place at the corner of County Road 28 and Shortsville Road in the Town of Farmington. Multiple individuals, including several children were hospitalized, but have been released since. The Monroe County Medical Examiner informed the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office tonight that they had successfully identified the individuals that had died at the scene.Jeffery Vandermaille, 60, of Macedon and Alan Hulling, 55, of Fiarport were both in the 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck, which was hit by an SUV operated by Jason Jensen, 38, of Farmington. Vandermaille was operating the pickup truck and Hulling was the passenger in the vehicle. At this point, charges have not been filed, but the investigation is ongoing and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office is working in coordination with the Medical Examiner, as well as the Ontario County District Attorney’s Office.
