The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Sunday at approximately 10:00 am Sheriff Deputies arrested James A. Cardin, age 34 of Clifton Springs, on an arrest warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Cardin was arraigned at the Waterloo Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash, $4,000 secured bond. He is to reappear at Family Court on a later date.
