Lyon, age 27 of Canandaigua on March 6th at 2:44 am-Obstruction of governmental administration (accused of interfering with a traffic stop)Nicholas P. Dattilo, age 23 of Rochester on March 7th at 3:20 pm-No driver license; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; speed in zoneDonald A. Dailey, age 47 and homeless in City of Canandaigua on March 7th at 2:08 pm-Trespass; disorderly conduct; harassment in the 2nd degree; open container (accused of refusing to leave the Wood Library, possessing an open container of alcohol while in the library and threatening a paramedic who was called to check over the defendant)Dianne M. Garrett, age 66 of Canandaigua on March 7th at 4:38 pm-DWI; operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08Scott P. Springer, age 32 of Geneva on March 11th at 1:19 am-Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree; operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs; failure to keep right on a two lane road (accused of driving a motor while impaired by heroin and cocaine); also accused of possessing heroin and Suboxone.
