On Sunday at 07:30 am the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Darwin K. Ford, age 51 of 330 East Main Street in Waterloo, for failure to register his internet Data with the New York State Sex Offender Registry. Ford is a NYS level 2 sex offender and by law is required to register any internet data and account information that the sex offender has. It is alleged that Ford failed to register his internet account and Facebook account on February 22, 2016 as required by Law. Ford was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was released on his own recognizance. Ford is due back to Waterloo Village Court on April 4, 2016.
