Waterloo woman charged after drugs were found near child

On Thursday at about 12:09 am the Waterloo Police Department arrested Christina A. Strally, age 37 of Waterloo, for unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. Strally was allegedly smoking marijuana in her residence while there was an 11 year old child there. Officers also found 2 uncapped used syringes on the floor, prescription medications on the floor and in the open, two spoons used to mix illegal drugs, and a small amount of marijuana. Strally is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
