Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Wednesday Seneca County Deputies arrested Alvie Johns, age 34 of Geneva, on a warrant issued out of the Town of Waterloo Court for harassment in the 2nd degree. The arrest stems from an altercation that happened on 02/22/16 at a Town of Waterloo business. Johns was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and ROR’ed. Johns is to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on March 25th to answer to the charge.
