On Saturday at 1:32 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shannon M. Burgio-Sullivan, age 29 of Seneca Falls, following a traffic stop on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls for moving from lane unsafely, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, driving while intoxicated, a felony due to a previous conviction, and driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol. Burgio-Sullivan was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 14th at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges.
