On Wednesday at 7:16 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Johan Kelly-Beltre,age 26 of Rockaway Beach, New York for menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors. Kelly-Beltre is accused of displaying a knife in a threatening manner while arguing with another individual at a local business. Kelly-Beltre was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail $750 cash/$1500 insured bond. Kelly-Beltre is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on March 9th at 10:30 am.
