A two-month investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in Geneva has come to an end after police executed a search warrant on February 27th at approximately 1:46 pm. The search warrant was executed by members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit and led to the arrest of Christopher Allen, 28, of Geneva. The suspect was arrested at his residence on High Street in Geneva, and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. The charge is a class B felony. Allen was arraigned and held on no-bail due to previous felony arrests. He will appear in Geneva City Court on February 29th at 9:00 am to answer the original charge — in addition to additional felony charges.
