On February 8th The Penn Yan Police Department arrested James E. Ribble, age 30 of Penn Yan, on two counts of criminal contempt in the second and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.Ribble is accused of violating a stay away order of protection on two different dates. Ribble is also accused of showing two children under the age of eleven a pornographic video and offering to take them to get a prostitute when they become teenagers.Ribble was arraigned in the Penn Yan Village Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
