The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Monday at approximately 8:00 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Joseph E Guilfoyle, age 35 of Newark, on an arrest warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Guilfoyle was taken into custody by Rochester Police following a traffic stop and was subsequently turned over to Sheriff Deputies. Guilfoyle was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash, $1000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear at Family Court on a later date.
