Pomeroy, age 29 of Bath February 5th Harassment in the 2nd degree (Accused of pushing another male into a chair during an incident of workplace violence)- Anthony V. Lane, age 48 of Rochester February 13th Registration suspended; traffic device violation- William T. Reed IV, age 32 of Victor February 15th Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree; criminal possession of marijuana in the 4th degree; criminal use of drug paraphernalia; failure to keep right (found to be in possession of alprazolam and amphetamine pills, 4.9 ounces of marijuana and a digital scale during a traffic stop)- Jason Disessa, age 27 of Clifton Springs February 7th DWI; operation of a motor vehicle with BAC .08; failure to stop at stop sign- Gary W. Zittel, age 27 of Canandaigua February 20th Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree; equipment violation- Hobert L. Himes IV, age 28 of Canandaigua February 19th Unlawful possession of marijuana; possession of an open container- Thomas J. Caggianelli, age 24 of Rochester February 9th Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; no license; driving while using a mobile phone; failure to notify DMV with address change- Amy L. Ahlheit, age 33 of Palmyra February 15th Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; no license; driving while using a mobile phone; failure to notify DMV with address change- Jesus D. Fernandez, age 21 of Canandaigua February 22nd Operation of a motor vehicle without insurance; aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; no license; registration suspended; equipment violation
