On Sunday at 4:30 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Shawn M. Brown, age 53 of 1922 Powderly Road in Waterloo, for driving while intoxicated, a felony, refusal to submit to breath screening, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, operation without ignition interlock, and a parking violation following a civilian complaint to police at 1963 SR5 in Seneca Falls. Brown has a previous DWI conviction and his license is revoked for DWI. Brown was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cashbail/$10,000 bond. Brown is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 24th at 9:30 am.
