On Sunday at approximately 1:25 am the Seneca Falls Police arrested Brian A. Irizarrypi, age 24 of 25 Peterman Road Apt B8 in Seneca Falls, for no/inadequate tail lamp, a violation, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Bridge Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the stop, it was discovered his license was revoked for an alcohol related offense. Irizarrypi was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 29th at 6:00 pm.
