On Saturday, February 20th at approximately 8:52 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office responded to Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua for the report of a child falling from a chair lift.The child fell approximately 30 feet and sustained back and facial injuries from the fall. He was transported by Canandaigua Ambulance and then flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment.The 7-year-old child remains at Strong Memorial Hospital in satisfactory condition.
