Rochester man damages property at FL Gaming

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 19th Bounlieme Privakongviseth, 57, of Rochester was charged arrested after allegedly striking, and causing damage to a video lottery terminal at Finger Lakes Gaming.The defendant is accused of striking the terminal causing $885 worth of damage. He was arrested after returning to the premise and being identified by security. The defendant was taken to the Ontario County Jail and held on pre-arraignment detention for the charge of criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony.He will answer the charges in Farmington Court at a later date.
