On February 17th at approximately 7:24 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Thomas White, 51, of Waterloo was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, as well. The arrest was made following an investigation into a PDMVA on state Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. White was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 22nd to answer to the charges.
