Community Bank announces new Branch Manager

Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce that Alexis Carlson-Spina has been promoted to the position of branch manager of its Waterloo location. Carlson-Spina started her banking career in 1990 as a teller with Chase Bank in Newark. Since becoming an employee of Community Bank N.A. in 1995, she has advanced through various positions from teller to retail services officer. She is a mortgage loan originator and has experience in retail and commercial lending. She will also act as the community liaison for the area and ensure that Community Bank N.A. continues to offer the highest level of customer service and delivers on its brand promise. In addition to her work with Community Bank N.A., Carlson-Spina is actively involved in her community. She is a member of the Village of Waterloo Loan Committee and Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, and assists with Waterloo High School baseball boosters. She graduated from Waterloo High School and earned her associate degree from Herkimer County Community College in 1990. Outside the office, Carlson-Spina enjoys spending time with her son, Blake, at their home in Waterloo.
