On Wednesday the Waterloo Police arrested Brian M. Pennington, age 55 of 2 Fall Street in Seneca Falls, on the charge of criminal contempt 2nd. Pennington is accused of violating a ‘stay away’ order of protection issued out of Seneca County Family Court while at a residence in Waterloo. He was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released.
