The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 13th they arrested Stephen Caster, 21, of Newark on a Geneva Town Court warrant, which was issued by Judge Liberatore for petit larceny.Caster was arraigned in Geneva Town Court and released. He will appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
