The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 13th a Shortsville man was injured in a one car motor vehicle accident on County Road 28 in the Town of Farmington.The vehicle was operated by George Huling and was traveling north on County Road 28 when he lost control of his vehicle. The 2002 GMC pickup truck traveled off the side of the road, striking and shearing a utility pole owned by RG&E. The vehicle had extensive damage and was towed from the scene. Huling was transported to Clifton Springs Hospital where he was treated for neck and back pain. Huling was also ticketed for unreasonable speed and will answer to the ticket at a later date in the Town of Farmington.
