The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that emergency crews responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident on February 12th at about 9:25 pm. The accident took place at 6070 State Route 15A as the driver of the vehicle, Chloe Maxin, 22, of Wayland lost control of her vehicle as she was traveling northbound on State Route 15A. Her vehicle crossed into the southbound lane and struck an unoccupied vehicle. Richmond ambulance transported Maxin to Noyse Hospital for a physical examination, where she complained of pain in her arm, in addition to a headache. Hemlock Fire Department assisted at the scene. Maxin was wearing a seatbelt and her airbags deployed during the accident. She was issued a ticket for speed not reasonable or prudent for the conditions. She will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Canadice Court. Dave’s Towing removed both vehicles from the scene.
