On Wednesday at approximately 2:00 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth Snyder, age 27 of 25 Peterman Road in Seneca Falls, for DWAI (drugs), aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failure to use designated lane. Snyder is accused of leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Fall Street where she struck a Speed Limit Sign and left the scene in her vehicle. Snyder was located at the Seneca County Office Building where she was taken into custody.
Snyder was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash / $1,000 bond. Snyder is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 29th at 6:00 pm.
