On Tuesday at approximately 9:37 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Richard P. Bachmann, 47 of 8487 Columbia Street in Honeoye, for assault in the second degree.Bachmann is accused of causing a physical injury to another person by striking them in the head with a lamp during a domestic disturbance in the Town of Richmond.Bachmann was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held on pre-arraignment detention awaiting an arraignment.
