The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 10th Destiny Garcia, 20, and Joslyn Fagnan, 21, of Buffalo were arrested at Eastview Mall for possessing stolen property. The pair had stolen property from Zumiez, which had a total value of $543.94. They were arraigned in West Bloomfield Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County ail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. Both Garcia and Fagnan will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
